Request account deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from Aarogya Ruchi. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted:

• Your account information (name, WhatsApp number and delivery location)
• Saved delivery addresses
• Order history
• Referral details linked to your account
• App preferences and settings

What may be retained:

• Transaction records retained for the period required by applicable law
• Anonymized analytics data

How to request deletion:

Option 1 — Email request: send an email to contact@aarogyaruchi.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered WhatsApp number.

Option 2 — Phone request: call us at +91 89781 38585 during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM IST).

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm through the contact channel you used. You may be asked to verify your identity before the request is processed.
